Firefly on my KV!

Hi All!

I were away from here for a long time, but let me introduce my latest project: The marriage of an KV Chassis and Hull (Trumpeter) with a Sherman firefly turret (Dragon).
I Added some extra stuff on the turret, and made new fenders from brass mesh for the hull. On the left side I made it crashed. The model will be displayed on a little diorama, with a little story (a fiction by me

)

I think it looks great. The damaged part will give it a very dynamic look. Love when a model and diorama tell a story.

Nice.....not sure if the hull makes the turret look small, or if the turret makes the hull look big, but either way, it works !

It's interesting to see how small the Firefly turret looks on KV-1 chassis.

Hi all!

The new pix, as I wrote before. The improvements: the hull just got it main color, the turret has been filtered, and started to paint the details, like exhausts, fenders, etc...
