Wh..if you could build everything and are inspired by nothing?

Wh..if you developed a process for building planes, so developing  a single plane makes no sense?

That is how I feel today!

For I built about 100 RC planes now, from about 19 cm WS up to 1,6 Meters
8 gram up to 1,85 Kg AUW. There is no real challenge doing this one more time
..

Ideas or opinions would be appreciated!! (... or a least a suggestion for me to build!! )

How about an unusual configuration - for example, one of Burt Rutan's designs? White Knight 2 would be an interesting RC plane to see....

Well, there's tons of unbuilt projects, the weird & wonderful out there.  I know in a previous thread we gave you a few ideas, if you let us know roughly what you like we'll provide many ideas!  The secret Project series of books is a very good place to start:

Another option would be to build something from entirely your own imagination, designing your own aircraft.

You could also try making some bizzare aerodynamic combination work in flight, trying it, refining it until it's just right.  Circular winged aircraft might lend themselves to this, some have been sucessful in the real world, others not so good.  Getting one of these to fly well might be the challenge you need.  Asymetric aircraft, on the lines of Blohm & Voss, or Burt Rutan (as Pyro mentioned) might be another area to try.

With enough power you can make anything fly. I've seen 'aircraft' in the shape of clothes irons and (my favorite) lawnmowers take to the air.

Do something new and unheard of. Try the Heinkel Lerche.

One design i always thought would be interesting as a R/C plane would be a design with 4 wings, placed every 90 degrees on a fuselage. The result would be a plane that could fly in all angles...

Already thought about the "Lerche" or "Wespe" ... problem is that you are not able to see the position in the air

The most secret projects I did in the past were a Me262 A2
The 2 Fw802
and the Russian Prototype Polikarpov I 185

The thoughts about a possible target
For ducted fans have a very low efficiency, it should be prop driven..
Should be a possibly real design, even if it was not built!
Should be able to be built and fly in about 80 cm up to 1,2m

Hmmm  -  please forgive me, but I dont like that designs  - unusual but a bit of a " ugly duck....." but thanks for posting!!!

I like the typical interceptor designs Mig 3 Fw190 but something more unusual ( I already have a Me309 which is exacly that way)... I815 I187; LaGG 3 or similar

I already thought about to build a Fieseler 101 or a A4 by von Braun ( but in Germany it is not allowed to create functional weapons or RC guided missiles even without a warhead - just as static models)

Typical single engined prop interceptors but unusual:

Hawker Fury with Sabre engine, probably one of the most beautiful & fastest piston engined aircraft to fly.  Was intended to equip the RAF but jets took over, entered service with a Bristol Centaurus as the Sea Fury:


Commonwealth Aircraft CA-15 Kangaroo, Australian figher, kind of a cross between an P-51 & Martin Baker MB.5


Republic XP-72 Super Thunderbolt, progression of the P-47 with aPratt & Whitney R-4360 engine.  Another aircraft superseded by jets.


Curtiss SC Seahawk, floatplane fighter & spotter aircraft for US Navy:


Fisher P-75, fighter designed for a very high rate of climb:


Hansjoerg, I've presented these Western aircraft, as your usual seem to be German or Russian.  Forgive me, but it seems like your looking for the very type of aircraft that are no longer providing inspiration, although at the same time you seem to really like these?  I'd suggest a small change, maybe nationality (such as Western aircraft), or role (trainers or light bombers maybe), while keeping the single egined layout for efficiency & cost.  This might help you away from your 'comfort zone', without going too far out of it.

Your Curtis pic made me thinking of a possible idea!!!  Great inspiration... not the plane itself but the words "Curtis" ans "Sea" ... started a thinking process and the end could be ....   TAATAAATAAAAA ... The Curtis Helldiver (torpedo bomber).

( the Fury is also nice but I once built a Sea Fury ( Tempest II) and still have a Tempest in Backup ( not yet finished....)...)
