That Vigilante certainly looks the part, not only against aircraft, but against an armoured column,crikey what a mess it could make.

You can't beat the Russians and French in the 30's for weird looking aircraft - don't you just love them 

That Ta 3 looks slightly influenced by the SE-100, with a dash of Beaufighter ? Memo to self dig kit out of stash !

Yep, (or tanks, ships etc) - in other words, it can't be a purely paper design.  There has to be hardware.
