I've just spent a week working away (Yes, I know I'm meant to be retired...) and stayed in a hotel with an awful broadband connection, so I didn't visit many of my fave sites all that often, including here.

Tonight I got home and there was EIGHT pages of unread postings!!!!!  :o

It's taken me almost four hours to fight my way through it, phew. So let that be a lesson to you all, never let a day go by without getting your daily dose of Whiffery, OK?

HA!  Try three weeks while I sorted ISP and computer issues.  It took me 4 days with plenty of hours staring at the monitor.....

Even checking on a daily basis produces 4-5 pages of new posts.  I had to stop reading them all a long time ago and just pick and choose.

It means I miss some cool stuff now and then, but thems the breaks.

What's really surprising is the number of postings this site produces compared to the 'official' IPMS UK Forum. Here we have about 10 times per postings per day than the IPMS site has per WEEK!  :o

I've just got back from the Lake District and there's dozens of postings to catch up on!
And that's just in the forum parts I regularly go to.
