That must be the most value for money, on a 'weight of plastic/£' basis, anywhere in the UK! And it's the Gift Set too.  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

The page has been removed, guess someone made a mistak or they're all gone at that price. :(
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I'm sure that's illegal - if you agree a price with someone, then you have to stick to that price. Try the trading standards website.  Has anyone actually paid for these items?

Nick

I think you will find Trading Standards are interested only if they have taken and kept your money. You may have placed an order but you have not lost out financially.

If they had taken your money then demanded more then you would have been well within rights to complain to Trading Standards.

So how much is the 'new' price?

I ordered one but I didn't get an email saying it was cancelled............

Twenty five quid.

I'm not too worried, I was very much toying with the idea of getting hold of one, but mistakes happen.  They've realised, corrected it quickly & apologised, that's fair enough.  When things seem too good to be true they usually are.

As no monies have changed hands then they are within their rights to cancel etc etc. You can delve into the nitty gritty but with big companies like Amazon etc they usually scrutinise these offers etc and know the rules inside out so that they are 100% correct at all times.
Additionally no retailer is under any obligation to sell you anything no matter how it is advertised and items can be withdrawn from sale with little or no notice or until the price or error is corrected. Sorry 20 or so years in retail gives you some understanding of these things, then again there is basic logic, you do not get a free lunch ever! nor do you get anything for nothing (most of the time) Except well certain Revell Lancaster from M & S 3 for 2 then whatever the % off was ontop.
No obligation to buy the kit through Amazon in the end, but I am sure a % of the sale of these kits goes to the Vulcan to the Sky fund, now who doesn't want to see the big bird back in the sky where she belongs or has not donated to the fund so far? (I do know someone who wants it in a museum but I won't mention any names!) Lets hope she gets a better airshow season this year!!
Maybe M & S could have a nice offer on the Vulcan for this Xmas???
