F-11 is the name of the person who made the models. The stealth plane model is based on the Mitsubishi Radar Cross Section mockup that was in the news a while back. As said, it is Mitsubishi dipping their feet in stealth technology. I beleive they are serious about this. The mockup was built in France though.

There's a toy shop near my parent's place which has a toy aircraft carrier in the window. It comes with planes (naturally, they are not in scale with the carrier). It's got one of everything really - a camo painted A-10, blue F-14... basically any fighter plane which the US has used in the last twenty years and none of them in matching camo, and ALL on a carrier!
