OK, so we know X-4 was not-very-usufull AA rocket.

What about using it as an anti-tank weapon? I can imagine Sd.Kfz 251 with 2 or 3 such rockets used in the sam way as Russians did 20 years later with their 9M14 Malutka missiles.
