I guess I need to look into the TSR.2 subforum more often.  :banghead: Didn't notice you grafted a Tornado nose onto your TSR.2.  :o Looks absolutely marvellous!

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Seconded - excellent, not to say brave, project!

Thanks guys, I just need to get back at it again and finish it off now, I don't want another to end up unfinished on the shelf.   :banghead: :banghead:

I hope I don't hold you up any Matt, 'cause I've stalled on this at the moment.  I need to recharge my brain I think.

One of the things I will be doing is to use the Blue Water pylons I have, these are quite thick and have a wide squared off trailing edge.  This is because it had some heat exchangers and other equipment specific to the Blue Water installation.  My idea is that these pylons were resurrected and filled with ECM stuff instead of the usual equipment and this will free up the outer pylons for a pair of ALARM missiles.  I'm still not sure what the outer pylons will look like though, I don't like the look of the ones which come with the 2000 lb bomb set I got for one of the TSR2's I have.

The fuel tanks and other weapons are now coming off the Revell Tornado GR.4 kit instead of the old Monogram kit I started with. And I think I'm going to use some of the other resin sets I have too, burner cans and flying controls, because I really don't know when I'm going to get around to building the other two TSR2's.

That looks really good in those colours Matt, I was thinking about playing around a bit with the colour but I think I'll just go with a wrap-around.
