I really love the Borovkov-Tof concept.  Is there some sort of lift augmentation? Or does it just go stupendously fast to generate enough lift? Cool looking bird!

As a what-ifer, you are absolutely free to imagine what you want, and I thank you for this piece of "technical celebration" towards my little models. My own delirium fantasy is that these models are freaks that never flew, being aborted before completion (and as gentle birds, not as roaring machines)...
