What if the following were available 1 year earlier than historical???

P-38 Lightning- Impact on defense of Phillipines?
F4U Corsair- Carrier operations Feb 1942?
CVEs- numerous 1941-42...... utilization in Pacific and Atlantic? ( F4F, SBD, small detachment of F4Us )- even with the attack on PH, might they be able to successfully reinforce PI w/ launching off aircraft to airfields???
