as a way to upgrade my models, but not to spend much time scratchbuilding I decided to invest in some of the Model Hobbies metal German seatbelts in 1/72 and 1/48 scale...they'll need to be painted and then superglued into position, but I think on the whole they will make my planes, whether or not German, look much more presentable...the total cost in OZ dollars was 25 or so and I placed the order on a Friday, paying by Paypal, and received an E-mail the next Monday telling me that they are on their way...they arrived well-packaged the Monday after that...has anyone used them?

I've used Eduard 1/72 ones Al, both unpainted and pre-painted. Can be fiddly but the result is very, very good. Unfortunately in 1/72 you sometimes don't see them to well under a heavily framed canopy  :banghead:

I think I used Airwaves a long time ago with no problem

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
