B-58 Hustler Landing Gear Q

Hey Guys, with my Planned B-58 project, i was Wondering if Anyone could Tell me if the Landing were Steel or Aluminum? want be sure when i paint the Landing gear that i got the right Paint color. Thanks for looking. Dan

Aircraft landing gear are painted, in this case they are painted silver.

The silver was very aged......silver or aluminium with dull coat would be my best description.
