Can anyone recommend a good book or website on ship radars/directors?  I'm not too bad with the US stuff, but anything else I sort of look at blankly and that annoys me.  ;)

I definitely needs good illustrations/pictures as I want to be to tell what I'm looking at in 1/700.

Thanks in advance!

Go to Google Images and search ship radars and you get all kinds of images.

Globalsecurity.org might have some stuff that you're looking for, but their non-US stuff is sketchy.

I'd say janes.com, but you need a subscription that is obnoxiously expensive if you're not a defense contractor.

I've got a 1988 Naval Institute guide to naval weapon systems which is invaluable, and later editions of this book can be found online via Google Books.
