GB Slow Motion Replays

We've had a number of GBs in the past (and a number of GBs suggested for the future) which could be run on an annual basis, or atleast more than once. I'm refering to the GBs which are more about a method of building than a theme of end product - the Styrene Junkyard GB, One Week GB, the proposed Single Kit Kitbash GB etc. Many of these were run long ago in the mists of time before I had a sizable stash of donor kits (so early 2008ish) or before I even joined (so late 2007ish) which prevented me from taking part.
I think we should possibly revive some of the past GBs as annual events, or atleast run them again.
In slow motion if you like (ie: much longer deadlines, and all preogress threas l...o...o...k... l...i...k...e... t...h...i...s... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)

Anyone think of any GBs they like revived?

Or we could run a GB called the Slow Motion Replay GB in which people can choose any past GB and make an entry based on it's rules.
This could also be an annual event...

The Slow Motion Replay, as Pudding suggested, would be the best option, I think. Mere repeats from a few years ago are going to have only a few participants (except for the one week GB). We already have more GB ideas than we can possibly schedule, so if we're going to offer a slot to a 'repeat' GB, it needs to be as broad as possible.

Well I've got any number of Scaleorama ideas, so I'd love to see that one come around again. Perhaps there could be "standing" Group Builds that never end, but just have a winners vote once a year or once every six months in which only builds that havn't been in a vote before are eligible. Thing is though, this kind of crosses over into the territory of the Whiffies.....
