I got these two on the IPMS Forum when asking about 'different' Canberra versions. Not model Whiffs, but could be........

The second one's for Tophe of course.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Pretty awesome that, specially in 1/48! It ties in with my philosophy that if all else fails you can always produce another Canberra variant.......... ;)

Wasn't one of the FOAS proposals a Canberra acting as a UAV controller???  Wouldn't have surprised me!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Was flicking through a book of the RN and came across a pic of the Canberra T22. This was a Radar/observer trainer used by the Fleet air arm for teaching the Blue Parrot radar. It set me thinking. What if BAC/Bae had bought up a load of surplus canberras and converted them to maritime strike with Blue Parrot and Martel ARM/TV Guided ASm and Sea Eagle?
