A400M Rollout

i have some bad news, during a Belgian Defence Meeting, our MoD said that putting extra money towards the A400M is unacceptable. our armed forces are already operating on an ever-tightning budget and we cant spare the extra buck for the A400M.

if this gets any worse, we might be concidering dropping out of the project.
i can only imagine Belgium buying C-17A's or C-130J's or a C-17/C-27J combo 
time to get me a revell C-17 kit

But Japan can't export military equipment

Actually, the very same page has a post from a Japanese who explains that there is nothing constitutional in not exporting military material. It is strictly a choice of the Japanese government not to.
