Gentlemen; for your comfort and convenience you will not smoke... er.... I mean: Here are the rules gathered together in an easily found spot!

Commandment 1: Thou shalt select a kit (either from thy stash or from thy local dealer in kits) and send to thy allocated recipient.
Commandment 2: Thy gift shall cost about $25 of your earthling australian dollars (about 20US, probably about 18 pounds or so) but thou may send a gift of greater value if you so wish.
Commandment 3: Thou shalt not open your gift until Christmas.
Commandment 4: Thou shalt build thy kit by easter.
Commandment 5: Thou shalt attempt to challenge thy allocated recipient, but thou shalt not send unbuildable rubbish.
Commandment 6: Thou shalt continue tradition by not having rule six.
Commandment 7: Thou shalt do anything unto thy model; so long as it whiff'ed be.
Commandment 8: Thou shalt indicate thy desire to participate by the 1st day of December, in this, the year of our lord, 2009.
Commandment 9: After the aforementioned date, thou shalt not be able to enter and thence shall cry mournfully into thy beer.
Commandment 10: Thou shalt recieve a PM on or around the 2nd(ish) day of December to tell thee to whom thou are to send.
Commandmetn 11: Thous shalt use this thread to let others know of special modeling requirements (such as the inability to work with itty bitty teeny tiny parts due to short sightedness/huge fingeredness/wobbly handedness/being a Tyranosaurus Rex)
There are no good kits, bad kits or grail kits, just kitbash fodder.

Since "Easter" is approaching, can we have some precision on when this GB actually ends please, i.e. an actual date and time?

And whenever it is, can we have an extension please? *

* Just thought I'd get that in early....... :)

I hereby declare it to end on the first of april, so that anyone who misses the date feels like a fool.
I toyed with March 26 (last day of term one at schools in Victoria) but that'd just make me pissed off about the State government's somewhat insane habit of moving the school holidays with Easter so we don't get a mid-term day off... this has resulted in a six week/fourteen week semester before. One wonders if the education minister understands the concept of 'year eight boy'?

Okay cheers PW: better get my skates on then.....

How about putting it on the Board title, i.e. the bit you see from the main menu?

Great,
I still have no true idea on how I want to do mine.

Oh well, we shall see what happens.

Pretty sure I won't be able to get mine done, I haven't started it yet & I'm probably going to have to give modelling a miss when the NHS finally gets around to my hand op...
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
