ok I'm going to give this a go then.

So it's going to be a "sort" of German version of the PBY Catalina Black Cat's

It will be an intermediate type between flying boat and  helicopter  a transitional type between the two a type of Gyrodyne .

Capable of vertical take off and landing and amphibious it can wait in the convoy routes on the water if the sea is calm enough  undetected.  Routed towards convoys  by B-Dienst intercepts it can attack unsuspected from ambush armed with  G7es torpedoes unconcerned about the torpedoes tracking back on the launch craft.

This really took on a life of it's own. Originally I was just going to helify a Do18. Then I got a Heller Hind for the rotors and possibly the gun turret and it came with 2 seperate noses for different versions and I thought what about fitting the complete Hind nose and then once I'd done that I needed some wings that would look Hindy and I had some Gannet wings and they fitted........soo voila.
