Britain and Portugal were contracted to produce cast sections of the Hotchkiss H39 to but France fell. Assuming it happened later (or production started earlier), Britain and Portugal may have had many tank shells that needed armament and engines.

Also, as payment for this, France was to supply Britain with the Char B1 Ter, so there might have been armament changes there too.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
