Hay all.

I am building the F14 from top gun but i have a problem! There are no decals that i can find to depict 'MAVRICKS' F14 in 1/72 scale? i have however found a pic of them from the old testors kit in 1/48 scale see below.

What i need is them re done in 1/72 scale. can anyone out there help? i am willing to pay for any that are made up for me.

Thanks

Sudz..

I could do that for you I reckon.

I'd need a few dimensions from the 1/72 scale model though, such as the length of the intake warning stripes, or the diameter of the squadron markings, to scale the whole sheet.

Also it would be handy to know which parts have white backgrounds and which can be transparent, as they'd have to be done on different backing sheets.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

Thanks Kit you are a super star and i owe you one  .

The only decals i need will be the ones marked? i think i can use the decals from the kit i have already got for the rest??

Here are the ones i need and the dimensions..

61+67 needs to be 12mm long by 3mm high
64 needs to be 6.5mm long by 4mm high
64L and 64R same as above ^^
These need to be done on clear background.

65 needs to be 18mm across by 20mm high.

Hope that helps and let me know what it may cost??

Ok, the dims will help the scale OK.

I'll get on it this evening and see how it goes. Please PM me your email address and RW address. It may not cost anything, just depends how big they turn out in the end.
