Hi,
The Vulcan has been well documented, drawings, cgi and various models built.

My proposal is;
To remove the tail & cockpit hump and revise the jet exhaust pipes.
The cockpit would be inserted in the front nose section-wrap around, where the front radar nose cone would be.
The tail exhaust pipes would be square and or cut flush with the rest of the delta wing.
A false cockpit painted on the underneath, to confuse fighters which way up its flying.

Or turning the kit over, minus the tail and adding the cockpit to the front nose section. Relocating the weapons bay, speed brakes, undercarriage and other surface details. A lot of work, but the end result will be worth it.

Then again if I used the 1/72 scale as a base and 1/144 undercarriage and tail, a civilian airliner could be built. All those windows.

The paint schemes, would be kept simple until I gain the confidence of using an air brush. :banghead:
There was artwork produced for an airline version.

The Wooksta!

I've done the airliner.  There's photos of my Atlantic C.mk.2 elsewhere on the site.

Just had a thought.
The wing tips of the delta could be cut and re glued at an angle of 30 degrees. A 1/48 clear canopy fighter style added i.e. F-16, F-15 or F-22. A 1/48 scale under carriage fitted and bingo you've got a  tailless delta fighter.
Or by adding a pair of tail fins of your choice a sleek stealth fighter/bomber. Cannon could be added, or reconnaissance pack and a retractable fuel refueling probe, the jet exhaust pipes could be replaced. Sprayed matt black and the basis of the FRA-25 Vulcanic is born.  :banghead: :banghead:

The Rat

Had an idea years ago that I never got around to doing. Extend the forward fuselage and add some canards. You might also go for twin tails. Use it if you want.

Behold, the Avro Belenus B.Mk I (named after the Celtic Fire God). An ur-stealth bomber in anti-flash white.  ;D

(Not quite what you were describing but I wanted to get in the possibility of an early droop-snoot on the Vulcan.)

Nice!!!
