It looks like the KV-2 turret was specifically designed for the walking chassis, not the other way round.   In fact, I think, no, I'm convinced some Russian tank designer only used the KV-1 chassis for this turret because production of the walking chassis was too complicated.

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

They finally released it.
Course, for 69 Euros (56 without the turret), I will probably have to pass but hope some of you lot build a few.

Since the last post here there has been quite a lot of funky stuff released by MiG Productions

Three in the Fantasy section, a 1/35 Hover Tank & 38TX walking tank, two versions based on the Panzer 38t, one with a gun, one with flamethrower:

Not sure how long they've been available, but there's a whole range of 1/35 burnt out tanks & vehicles:

Plenty more too, well worth a browse.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
