My favourite NATO aircraft in action

At last I have been able to scan a picture I have had hanging around since I was at school
in the early 70s of the US German AVS in action.  This is one of the early versions of the design
when it still looked like a vstol F-111.

Imagine USAF and Bundeswehr units operating these jokers in the 70s instead of F4s.
