With the elements of an Airacobra, and the engine and distribution of the P-40, and all in the scheme of the  P-40 Geronimo I think in a new plane for a first line figther. I believe the elements like wings and tail surfaces of the Airacobra are better than the P-40 but the limitation of the cannon and the position of the engine are unsuitable.

This one of those "looks real enough to be real" type what-ifs.  You have to wonder why it didn't get done in RL.  Excellent piece of model work there!

Have to agree. With a fixed undercarriage it would like an "emergency" light fighter a bit like the Miles M20
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Hmm. Well, its not quite as pretty as the P-40Q, but its pretty darn nice all the same. nice bit of cutting, Pablo,
and an absolutely beautiful job on the paint. some of the most subtle shading I've seen in quite a while.
