Railroad Paint Colors & Aircraft Q

Hey Guys, just bought myself some Badger Acrylic Model Paint, the Color is called CP Action Red, Think it would Work for Painting a Plane for Air Sea Rescue Use? i'd like to know if i can combine that Color with an Enamel Paint or Should i use Another Acrylic instead? Haven't Decided What Other Color to use Yet. What Say You? Thanks for looking.Dan
