MASER Shore Batteries,Mounts,Etc. Query

Hey Guys, What if a MASER was Built for Coast Defense as a Shore Battery,mounted on Something like a B-1,B-2,Vulcan,Etc. Would a MASER Also Work mounted on an MBT? Just something that has been Kinda Floating around in My Head & I Thought i'd ask. What Say You? Thanks for looking.Dan

I've never seen anything about weaponized masers, outside of science fiction, so I have no idea how one would be employed or powered or any of that.  Some of the Godzilla movies feature maser-armed vehicles, but kaiju movies aren't what I'd call a practical base to start from.

Modified this post to illustrate.  The first two images are from an actual Godzilla film.  The third is a Bandai toy of a different Godzilla tank, and the last is the SPHA-T, a multi-legged vehicle from Attack of the Clones, inspired by the previous.

Hey Dan the problem with all the energy weapons is power source  :banghead: Kinda like electric cars :blink:
As a shore battery it would probably be practical......until the enemy found out where the installation was :rolleyes:
The problem with making them moblile is sustainability of the juice to run the thing :party:
