All
just wandered through out local S & M in Aberdeen to see what modelling goodies they have in their "Festering Season" store, bit disappointing I am affraid.
All Revell box sets:-
Spitfire mk5
Red Arrows Hawk
Battle of Britain set (He111, Ju87, spitfire mk1 & Hurricane mk1 paint etc)
RMS Titanic
I think I saw the Revell Hurricane but don't quote me on that, cannot recall the prices but the BOB set was just under £30.
Personally we have had better choices in the past unless there is more to come in? anyone else seen any others in other M & S shops?
Was hoping for their Dambusting Lancaster......maybe next year?
Cheers

Sandy,

one trusts that the earlier reference to an S&M store in Aberdeen was a typo

They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Chuckle, chuckle, was it a typo?? lol. Sorry I didn't get a chance for a natter at the Glasgow show, too busy getting bargains from a certain stand.
1,000 apologies, hope all is well with you.
Cheers for now

Darn it, thought I had another reason to visit

By the way, what are the origins/vintages of the kits in the Revell BoB set?

reminds me of the great model shop I found in Hamburg -- go to the red light district, down the main street, turn right into darkish grotty alleyway (avoiding the naked 18y.o. blonde), straight in front of you is the shop !

Don't know how he got his customers to keep their money in their pockets til they reached his store's door -- guess we all have our priorities !! ;D
you may as well all give up -- the truth is much stranger than fiction.

I'm not sick ... just a little unwell.

Paul,
Thanks for the link. Built the Frog kit 30+ years ago as a torpedo bomber.  Was hoping for the Italeri kit, oh well.

S&M in Aberdeen, ooooh sheep beware, hehehe

... just had a looksee in the Glasgow store, they have the Revell box sets too as well as a nice little 1/72 'Only fools and horses' Reliant Robin van, something different for sitting at the side of a display (hmm, an airshow diorama with 'del and rodney' selling 'genuine spares' from a table beside it
