You could use some plastic sheet off cuts from your local double glazing manufacturer.

step 1) cut a long length of the clear plastic sheet deeper then required for the hight of the windows and longer than you require for the total length of the windows.

step 2) cut a matching slot in the side of your airframe.

step 3) add edging strips on the inside top and bottom of the airframe to support the clear plastic.

step 4) add the clear plastic PSR to shape.

step 5) PSR some more.

step 6) there is no step six!

step 7) polish the now beautify shaped clear plastic untill is it both nice and smooth and also very clear and shiny.

step apply where necessary masks for where your windows are to be.

step 9) paint your fuselage the colours of your choice.

step 10) remove your masks after you have finished painting to reveal a wonderfully glazed fuselage.

It's what I intend to do for my early Nimrod R1 to get the windows in the right place.

CD cases would work if the curve you are trying to cover is not to large. Also I was not seriously meaning that you insert one piece of clear plastic for all the windows in one go, you could do them individually or in small numbers depending on the spacing between the windows you decide upon.

CD Case's! Now why didn't I think of that
I've got loads of those; 'cos I knew they'd come in 'useful' one day
I still like the idea of sticking in one long strip.... not so much PSR involved methinks.
I suppose I could also try 'heat forming' the case around something the sameish diameter as the fuselage,
to cut down on the sanding/polishing required?
We'll have to see.....

Elmers white glue will stretch out pretty far, especially if you are using an old bottle!  A dab of clear enamel after it has dried will fill the meniscus and make it look even glassier,  Best of all, if it doesn't work, wipe it off and try again.
