Matilda Mk I in 1/72 or 1/76 would be tiny. I've had a trawl through some wargamming sites and can't find anything other then the Milicast kit.

No smaller than something like a Humber armoured car though, which makes a nice little model. In any case, putting a Mk.I on the same base as the rest of that selection would make a rather good point about where we started from with tanks and where we ended up.

I agree totally, be interesting alongside a early Centurion. Same as putting a Panzer I next to a King Tiger

looking through the milcast website they do all of his tanks and for a very resonable £70 for the lot so when we get some funds, millcast will get the order.
talking it over with her she will mount the tanks on a plinth infront of his medals and capbadge and a photo of him with his favorote tank the firefly, taken on D day +2.
she wishes to if the rest of the group agrees to make it the group memorial at next years telford show.

Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to watch out for!!!

Milicast's quality looks first rate, but that's about £12 a tank, and you can get mainstream injection ones LOTS cheaper than that. Hobbycraft are currently selling Revell's Firefly at £3 (!) and Airfix do all the rest at about £6 each. Of course, there may be issues with the correct sub-types, versions etc...

If you go 15mm wargames scale you can pick them all up for around £3 each, loads of people do the tanks on your list

Everything looks better with the addition of British Roundels!
