Have always loved this flying shark of an airplane...just never built one before.  Pulled a Monogram 1:48 outta the stash.  Unfortunately, it is one of the re-popped versions molded in China.  Be sure to do a thorough cleansing of all the sprues/parts before attempting to paint.  They put plenty of very effective mold release agent on these.  And the finish is sooooo smooth, I don't know if primer will even adhere.

Plan is for a desert scheme.

Here's some in-progress pics at parts painted on the sprue just so you can feel like you came over tonight for a cup of coffee and a quick look.  Then we go out and shovel snow!

John, drybrush on instrument panel (and other parts), and chipping details on cockpit floor turned out just great!

The plan is desert cammo   but which markings?

Looking forward to next progress photos ;)
