New to me, this company has released a 35th scale conversion for the LVTP-5 amtrac as the ROC LVTP5-H6 which in all honesty looks like a BMP on steroids.

One interesting thing is that AFV Club talked about a new release of the LVTH-6 but the photo they had suggested that the type was different to this new conversion.  After a look around, it seems that this is erroneous as photos of in-service and museum LVTH-6s tend to look like this conversion.  Made all the more confusing by the nomenclature of LVTP5-H6 used by the manufacturers.

On a related note, I also note that there was a SPAAG version (LVTAAX1 & 2) that weren't produced using the M42 Duster turret.  Seems like a possibly easy conversion for the AFV Club kit.

Plenty of good info about the whole Amtrac experience here: http://www.amtrac.org/
