Here's another Italeri 1/72 F/A-18C/D done up for Israel.  This grew out of the Iraqi and Afghani Hornet motif, but also tied in well with my "anything looks cool in Israeli colors" mindset.

This is armed with two Python III's, two long range Sparrows (from the J-10 kit), and four GBU-22's.  I figure it'd be able to conduct joint operations with the navy from Israel's carrier decks (the follow on carriers to the Essex class...  no way this thing would work on an Essex).

You´re right, any plane will looj cool in israeli colors...... :P
The model looks great, even if is "Independence Day" somehow :lol:
