Can I just say what a great display you put on.

Best table there to my mind.

The 1/48 Avro 730 and TSR2 were awesome.

But Thorvic's Royal Navy whifs were the highlight for me. Incredible work!

Duncan's 730 is 1/72 scale! Yes, it really was going to be THAT big...........
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Its not the workbench that makes the model, it is the modeler at the workbench.

I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Glad you liked the ships as i tried to cover most of the cancelled RN ship projects of the Cold War to date.

Just one small thing, those were the on the Project Cancelled SIG stand, the What-If SIG had their fine display further down the hall across from Wonderland models

one or two pics of nice models there but frankly the page displays by photobucket, flicker etc are too jerky & slow for me to even bother going past the 4th page  :-\

How about posting the best few + the good whiffs directly here ?
you may as well all give up -- the truth is much stranger than fiction.

I'm not sick ... just a little unwell.

Duncan has done a 730?   Why hasn't he posted a build thread?
