An unusual find Carlos.  The tailplane is a bit awkward, but the basic concept has been well done.  Whether the J79 would be easily be housed in the small F-5 is another matter entirely I guess.

J79 might be a tad too big I'm thinking - especially when you consider the F-20 only had a single F404 which is a much smaller engine:

You two are probably right. When I began this project http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,26973.0/ , with J79 in mind, I realized that I had to increase length by 2 cm. Tail pipe reminds F-104 anyway.

Carlos, I'd say you're right about the tailpipe.  I think the artist has just transplanted & rescaled an F-104 item.
