Looking for plans

I'm interested in building a M-37 gun tractor, also referred to as a modern Priest. The chassis and running gear is M-24 Chaffee, (my favourite US tank) I have photos but no specs. A plan would be nice, if not, details of the vertical armour and engine cover. The model will be 1/35.
