Cartel Trainers with teeth Part 2

Here are two more of my Cartel trainer aircraft, I was going to put 3 up but I have been having problems with one of the builds so it has been on hold for now. One is the Eduard L-39 ZA, and the other is a very old Kopro/KP L-29 which had no instructions. Its a good job it was a very basic kit thats all I can say I have converted this into a ZA  spec aircraft by putting a 2 barrel gun on the front lower fuselage, and giving it an extra pair of hard points so as to carry weaponry.

Nice! Love the paint chipping. I'm doing a Bilek L-29 at the moment for the Africa GB, and it's pretty poor as well. It's weird - it's got lovely fine engraved panel lining, but no locating pins, loads of ejector marks, and no detail in the cockpit or wheel wells. Plus the fit is AWFUL.

This L-29 was full of ejector marks, no locating pins nasty gaps in the wing joins and the cockpit well, lets just say very little that resembled one was in the kit. I ended up making a new floor instrument panel, bulkhead and putting in a couple of bang seats from the spares box. The canopy doesn't fit too great either.
