You know... to cruise around all those Dinosaur figures I painted.

I was staining some bases and one of them screwed up.  Instead of throwing it out, I used it as practice for dioramas.  Ever wonder why my dinosaurs were always on plain stained bases?  Well, thats because I suck at scenic diorama building. 

This one didn't turn out too bad.  The H3 is 1:64 from Matchbox, of course.





Man, we should have cloned twenties. Jackson wouldn't have given a poo-poo.

Brings back memories of that movie in a big way. You nailed the scheme and it looks natural on the H3

Couldn't agree more!  I always wanted to buy a Ford Explorer and have it done up like the ones from the movie.  I even begged dad to buy one after we saw the movie in the theater.  Hey I was seven!  ;D

Thanks guys.  The sun was very bright yesterday, so the green looks off in the pictures, but on my desk, it looks like the perfect shade of fluorescent green.

And I too remember when the Ford Explorer was real cool after that movie.  I think they came out a year or two before the movie came out, and I remember one of my friend's parents had one.
