The "Tzar" tank

I've just had a collegue point out the Lebedenko, or Tzar, tank.   I don't think it's an Imperial Russian Whiff, but it looks as though it ought to be.  Anyone have any further data, please?  It looks like  mating Ferris wheels!

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Seen the Kora kit built up a couple of times. It looks very impressive, although strangely un-warlike almost like a fairground ride  :blink:
