Why not hang it from the wall. Put two very large nails into the wall then put the aircraft into the 90o vertical climb and use the wall as a runway by placing the wheels against the wall and the rear of the wings, suitably padded, resting on the nails. Or if that doesn't prove practical due to nose weight turn the aircraft around so it is doing a vertical dive and use the tail plains to hanf the aircraft from the nails.

No idea if it will work or if it is practical but it is an idea..... maybe not a great one but better than breaking up the kit.

Very nicely finished off, sorry to hear you've got to de-construct her, but I do understand space constraints.
