This is part two of my current Ma.K. project, the first part can be found here.
The kit i'm building now is from a company called Wave, and it's their SAFS (which stands for Super Armoured Fighting Suit) Space Type 2 Snake-Eye. It was released in 2009 and a breath of fresh air, as, compared with the older Nitto kits and their repops, this suit is basically a snapfit. Parts can all be left glueless and still stay in place. Gimmicks galore, too. The suit can be build either open or closed, and with a bit of scratchbuilding can be made into a stunning little suit.

Since constructing was so quick I was done before the camera could get its batteries warmed up, so no pics of that. I did leave out some parts, basically the interior and pilot, I'm going to use those for a different build.
So, it's straight inn with the painting. I've used the same technique as on the Fliege, except for a few parts that were done with the airbrush, such as the gun arm. Since this suit will be mostly white, that way the difference in texture might create a bit of visual interest.
