I begun sanding but there was no room for the canopy, so I cut and installed the canopy and puty again, and sanding once more (the canopy will be black, no problem with puty on it)...

Since this picture, I added... puty again to fill the holes, I will have to sand and it might be OK.

The Mustanbolt was standing, at last... oh joy!

Then I turned it upside down, starting to paint the underside, then the wheel broke away... I will try to make it stand again, someday.

The P-51R Mustanbolt is finished:

The principle is: the biggest engine (R-4360 Wasp-Major of 4,360hp) in the smallest airframe (half-Mustang), much further than the Bearcat... With the huge torque, asymmetry was obligatory. Alas, this aircraft was never built scale 1, the designer being killed by a laughter crisis $:-\$
