I didn't have my camera ready as I was working but I saw the Battle of Britain and the Typhoon/Tornado fly over. I'm now sure I heard the Sea King but no-one knew it would be there, a great little touch from his squadron mates!

A lot of people expected the Red Arrows but they are still practicing in Cyprus and are due over London for the Queens Birthday in June.

Maverick

When the Wedding was being televised over here in Aus, the presenters (on location in London) mentioned the presence of 'two Spitfire & a Lancaster'.... err, BBMF Lanc, Spitfire & HURRICANE thankyou!  :banghead:

Still nice to see them and the Tonka and Typhoon.

Hands up all those who were surprised that there was no showing by his Apache-flying buddies...

Then again, he might have wanted to be part of that flypast...

That would be more relevant if it was Harry getting hitched, William is a Seaking driver.
I always hope for the best.

Seemed a bit thin, didn't it? Do you think they kept it down deliberately in the theme of not going OTT, or is the RAF really so short these days that two Typhoons and two Tonkas was all they could spare?

What Typhoons and Tonkas? They were clearly Phantoms!    At least if the presenter on German TV was to be believed.  :banghead:
