Yesterday I realized that I overlooked a few pages in the BSP (fighters) book that I have......



Saro P.142/1...... hum...... what if we incorporate some features from advanced proposals of another twin-boom jet fighter...... De Havilland Sea Vixen?

I like the original Saro version, well worthy of building in it's own right. Quite HOW you would build it is a different matter entirely of course!

I wonder if and how big of an internal weapons bay can be placed in the central fuselage......

Although I remember the SC Seahawk having a problem with such a feature despite the Saro scheme's central fuselage doesn't seem to be the primary flotation device unlike the Seahawk's main float.

The book did not in any way specify any weapon carriage apart from what appears to be two nose-mounted cannon ports.
