Can anyone ID this cockpit?

The person who posted it said her son was allowed up into the cockpit of an airliner prior to take-off.  She commented that she didn't think they were allowed to do that, anymore.  Well, this doesn't look like any current airliner to me.  And isn't that a windshield cover?  The interior lighting makes me think this was a ground display.  With that color of the IP, it looks positively Soviet to me but I noticed the English writing here and there?

If the throttle quadrant was visible, might narrow it down a bit.  But I'm thinking Tu-154, but don't quote me on that

I'd go with a DC9 variant too, that 'three window' windscreen is pretty distinctive. They must have had the cockpit re-painted in Kiev or Leningrad though.
