Well, after reading the Greater Australia story by GTX (Profiles by Coops213) And I was compelled to begin a scratchbuild - the FB-24 featured in the story... I have nicknamed it "Drop Bear" after a mysterious animal in Aussie folklore which are
Quoteunusually large, vicious, carnivorous koalas that inhabit treetops and attack their prey by dropping onto their heads from above
Well that explains the name... I am building it like the An-124/225 build by Bruce Roberts at ARC http://s362974870.onlinehome.us/forums/air/index.php?showtopic=112771 I have some basic plans, but apart from that I'm freeriding  :banghead: Any help appreciated!

In keeping with the name, I'd suggest something with incredible climb and diving capability, meaning small wings, or possible variable geometry. Or, alternately, something dropped from a larger aircraft....

It should be exclusively a Paratroop carrier...  ;)

I'd assumed that it was a parasite fighter, launched from the underbelly of an English Electric Eucalyptus  bomber, designed and built  by E. E. 's Queensland factory.

Hello all, long time no anything. A nice bloke by the name of "foiler" from LSP did me a great favour and did  me a 3D CAD model of the FB-23/24 and gave me a sheet with the cross sections on it as well. Pics of the CAD model soon, hope to get to work on her ASAP.
