Hello!

A quick project-"CRAB" combat suit , resin figure

Caveman

Great model, especially the interior (?) detailing.

But from the thread title... my minds eye cant help but see someone from the RAF in a pair of chinos and open neck shirt...

Way cool!

Very apt name, too, with the "eyes" and claw.

Nice. Is this a Ma.K figure? It looks to be a very similar style.

I don't think it's Ma.K (unless it's a 1:35 kit-bash) but it has certainly taken it's form &, as you say, style dirrectly from it.

Still looks pretty good, though!

Well , it's a resin figure cast by "Kellerkind Miniaturen". Very nice details and fit but joint of front and aft parts of torso is calling for putty. First of all , I painted pilot inside with vallejo and humbrol paints, then drybrushed and washed. Then I put suit together. It was painted with Model Master as a base. Then with vallejo sand and RAL ??. Finally, gloss varnish then wash , then some weathering ald Humbrol matt cote :) Well that's all :)
