Looking for cool or unique UK schemes  :wacko:

















I know its Saudi technically... but it has the roundels!  :tornado:

I saw that top one, the all over Royal Blue scheme, after it had been retired. They had it in a pretend HAS area at Bruggen, along with 2-3 other 'tooms. It looks MUCH smarter in your pic though!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Can't beat natural metal with the full-colour stripes, roundels and squadron bars. :wub:

This is still to me, probably the most unique looking aircraft to fly. (I think its from the set of a Star Wars movie!!)

Is it my imagine does it look like some one stuck a 1/72 scale tail on a 1/144 model of that Britannia?

No, real world Britts really DID look like that!

Perhaps Bristol got the scale of their drawings wrong somewhere?  ;D
