here she is..pretty happy with this one, though the undercarriage was a little fiddly cementing to the fuselage and I left off the antenna and the two small undercarriage doors...my model...my Whif
I've been using Humbrol 49 matt varnish through my Iwata at about 10 psi instead of the Testor's Dullcote in the can that I'm used to....misting on the thinned varnish through the airbrush allows it to dry really quickly..I'll continue to use less Dullcote from now as it's hard, impossible, to regulated the force of the spray
the red is Xtracrylix and I still think it's too pinkish...quite pleased with the brainwave of putting yellow on the leading edges of the canards and as a abackdrop to the fuselage Hinomarus...the prop is supposed to be wood just for fun..didn't turn out too well
but on the whole this model pleases me...now to move onto something different!!!
