Ouch!

I just stabbed my hand putting a new blade into my modelling knife.  Hit the place where the thumb joins the palm.  Lots of blood for a relatively shallow stab.  :(

Serves me right, trying to do something the right way - mask a canopy with tape and cut the frame out with a super-sharp, new blade.

Yikes! Worst part about hitting a spot like that is that it's an area that is constantly flexed and twisted with normal everday use, not much chance of just resting it. We feel your pain, and wish you a speedy recovery.  :thumbsup:

Yup; when the blade hits your thumbnail from the underside, you've had a moment you'll remember.  :o
