Well let's imagine that the republican spanish government, dominate by communist ministers has finally won the SCW in 1940, thanks to enormous help (tanks plane and soldiers) of USSR, and a very active help of french "Front populaire", now totally control by french party communist.
The lessons of this war? Tanks must have a powerful explosive gun (because in spanish nationalist army italans tanks and germans tanks were too weaks and so few to stop the massive attacks of Soviets-spanish infantry supported by numerous infantry tanks like T 28).
So in 1942 when USSR invade Poland to support the czech republic against the Nazi's invasion, numerous tanks were equipped this way:

Well this tank should have some problems to stop panzer IV...

So on the left,  5 M model kit T34 with D 11 turret (howitzer), this is a ready built kit 1/72 scale.
on the right the T34 close support, Hat fast built T34 with a Al.By's T 28 resin cast turret.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I don't understand it but the models look great.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Very interesting concept! And a great execution.
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.
